Well she did have other things to do like appearing on Today later in the morning.
The Sunrise interview showed poor communication skills on the Commissioner’s behalf. You could get the sense of what she wanted to say but poor choice of words really let her down.
This is not a good headline:
The Sunrise interview was fairly tame compared to the hammering she received on Today. “Is it appropriate that you get up there for 12 minutes and your deputy speaks for twice as long?” was the level of the questioning.

I heard her being interviewed by Fitzy and Wippa on radio this morning and she was a complete professional there. The details were clear and succinct and she didn’t have any slp ups. A couple of times they asked her questions about the accused and she had to say the matter is still before the courts so could only say what witnesses had reported in the media. It made that mistake on Sunrise sound like it was something that was completely out of character.

Just read the update. Heartbreaking. 
I will not post further on this for mental health reasons but sad for friends family and colleagues to these beautiful men.
Now to let justice take its course.
