If you are the teams then u actually don’t want DAZN. cause once it falls through they can do find someone else, while getting the Main group payment or do what the NBA has planned with a combined streaming thing or pay service etc

Teams that relied a lot on RSNs for revenue have had their backsides kicked since Diamond/Main Street went into its death spiral, along with other RSNs being wound up. I think players and teams are going to have to pull their heads in financially, like pretty much most of humanity has had to in recent years.

Yeah all 9 have quit, 6 are going with MLB local media plan. 2 haven’t announced anything. And Braves announced something which didn’t mention the local media so they might have organised something else
