Yes. Seems to happen in busy times. Also getting the warning banner often that the forum is under extreme load.

Also reading through a thread and it randomly scrolls back to the post where you started reading from.
Yes this has been happening off and on for me for weeks too. I’ll read a topic and then come back later and think to myself I’m sure I already read all this. It’s not consistent in when it does it though.

Thought I’d ask whether the admin team has considered refreshing the Presenters, Content+Appearance, Breakfast threads?
Many of them are hitting thousands (or 10k+) posts.
Might speed up the site a bit if they are archived (like the ~2020 threads) and starting them from fresh again?

Funny you say…this was mentioned in the mod area over Xmas/NY, then I think it passed us by. It’s a good idea though - will re-discuss.

I agree - also make’s it easier to go back and find stuff (yes there is the search bar, but can be a bit tricky a times, and can be quicker if I already know the date) as after a thread hit’s 10k, the date on the side timeline bar goes away.
Could also be an every 5 year thing (i.e. they were locked once in 2020, now they can be locked again in 2025, then 2030, etc)

Might be a good idea to do the same with the Federal Politics thread, as well as Seven’s AFL Coverage thread, and possibly the commercials programs and schedules thread (or at least for Seven and 10)
Just question - why does The Spectrum have a lock icon over it now?

I’ve been getting ones with a lady holding a teabag to her eye and it’s cropped but i remember it said something scammy about blindness. And then i’m getting anime ads (on my computer), and temu ads. Temu is understandable because i actually use that (arrest me 
) but the other two are random and weird.
Nothing to that extent but i’d hope that it’s a game cause what on earth does that have to do with site hosting…
