Green is my favourite colour but your delusion is incorrect.

I got rid of the Old MS Logo From frequently visited on the safari app from my phone. I hoped that the new black MS logo will come on my safari app on my iPhone.
Was it always the plan to launch the new logo on Australia Day?
Which concidentally is a Sunday this year, a day often favoured by TV networks for relaunches.
So it appears there has been some strategic thinking going on here!

It would benefit from a bit of colour.

I personally prefer it as it is.
EDIT: small request, when I pin the app to my Android homescreen, there is not enough padding on the logo when compared to the old.
Plus for whatever reason, the actual icon is completely black in my app switcher and when I open the app.
