They got back to the MCG with the chopper afterwards for photoshoots?
No other contestants were left in the game so thereâs be no need for the helicopter to leave bang on 2.30.
Surely they would have just hopped off the helicopter to take some publicity shots before getting back on for takeoff.
In the broadcast, the helicopter was shown to be leaving bang on 2.30pm.
Unless it was for dramatic purposes?
The only thing thatâs bang on 2.30pm is the caption
Bingo
Are they filming this at the moment? Noticed a film crew today.
Unlikely unless itâs completely changed filming schedules. The previous 2 seasons have been filmed around Feb/March.
Thanks must have been another production.
NCIS Sydney?
Most likely thanks
Theyâve wrapped havenât they? Also Hunted is filmed in Melbourne and NCIS Sydney in, well, Sydney.
Started filming today in Geelong
Not sure this season will rate. I feel like the concept has run its course.
The original UK series ran for six seasons with teams able to roam across the country. If the Australian version is to be successful, I think teams should be allowed to travel across state borders by road (i.e. NSW or South Australia).
The UK doesnât have state borders and Australia is a massive country. It would be too large and difficult.
lol. Could you imagine trying to do hunted all over Australia? It would become missing persons unit.
New starting location instead of Melbourne CBD? Could be good to change it up - not as many people would be familiar with Geelong.
If the teams are only allowed to travel in a set area across Victoria, south-eastern SA and southern NSW, that should be manageable.
Itâs going to need some sort of twist or theme or point of difference this season to keep it interesting.
I was hoping for a different state/location but they seem set on Victoria (probably because of more central logistics and would be more difficult doing other states without setting boundaries).
