Back to my year 12 days.

When I add my new bank details and to add subscriptions I keep getting error messages.Does anyone else has this happen to them?

I signed up for email updates when they announced it for ships and giggles.
Once it went on sale, they offered me a hub at half price (49 instead of 99).
Took up the offer, they sent it via Express Post.

Works well enough, though I only have Kayo so I don’t think I’m the core demo for the thing.
Main criticism, not having used it much, is there isn’t an obvious way to stop watching other than to turn the thing off. Backing out to the menus doesn’t stop playback in the background, though you can pause. That and no aerial out, though I get they want it to be the one device you use.
Only other thing to note, and this may be because I bought direct and they already had my details, but I didn’t have to input any hubbl or kayo account details, just had to confirm. Had to log into all the FTA TV apps, though.

Yeah, this isn’t great and potentially something hard to fix easily given the remote doesn’t have a stop button too.

Bought Hubble yesterday pretty slick and nice and small and fits in the cabinet nice.

The setup was initially a pain in the ass. Had to replace the batteries with spares as the ones in the remot didn’t work.solved.
Then I had issues with the pin code it locked me out for 10 minutes but I followed the instructions and all was good.

Subscribed to new Flash to get the news and business channels and to keep an eye on sky news behaviour after dark.

Kayo and Binge are now setup on my hubbl.

Have set up 7,9,10 and ABC through the phone to connect to the pretty simple. Was quick.

Initial software for the tv os was slow but it got there in the end.

Have just setup the free to air channels with IP.

Haven’t resetup Netflix up .

Overall I’m impressed . Hopefully more apps will come soon though but Plex would be awesome on this.

Not sure why but the 10 channel keeps giving me NSW feed
Every other free to air up channel is Perth feed.

I had to do one out of the box - not sure what changed because it did it as soon as I connected to WiFi

This has been happening in QLD too, since launch

The 10 play app works fine but selecting any 10 channels from the Hubbl live channel bar gets a NSW feed

Can you set your region under Settings in the 10Play app? The Chromecast 10Play app lets you do this.

I set it to WA for me in the Ten Play App still giving me NSW feed in the app and in the Hubble play list.

Yep something is happening with the Hubbl 10 play app again it changed me to NSW when I booted up this afternoon.

it’s the only negative of the device for me

I am finding on mine its stuck on 50hz on YouTube and you see jitters on 60fps videos caused by the downscaling.

Still getting the NSW feed in the channel list,

But getting the local feed in a weird stretch aspect ratio in the App on Hubbl.

I noticed now I have to re-sign into the app again to get the channels to play in the guide. I wonder why it signed me out. Stupid fuck.

Well I guess it’ll have to wait until this is fixed . I’ll just have to put up with wrong aspect ratio images in the ten play app for the time being. It seems it’s all the live channels in the 10 app.

Apart from this I’m really liking this. I don’t particular care for HD so I’ve set it for SD 576. Will only use the js setting for sports.

Is anyone else getting stretched aspect ratio in Netflix I was watching SVU last night and it was stretched with black bars . 10play does this but everything else seems to fine in the channel list.

Just another issue , I wanna gonna see if I might have changed a setting in the app but I looked everything is fine in the Hubble system settings.

Has anyone migrated their Disney plus account to hubbl? I followed the steps and expected an email but got nothing…
