Its weird as a kiwi since Ari was killed off, I am losing interest in the cult of home and away writing now, this shows sooo stale, neighbours has been canceled but atleast it is streams ahead of hot bodies shirtless on a beach. Yes, I know thats what makes home and away, its stereotypical and has a formula that the writers and producers barely stray from…but sadly the show really is stale and does not acknowledge the past like it should.
How many flatmates is Irene going to have? Surely by now some family would be back to acknowledge that she exists and that need her or vice versa.

They lost a lot of viewers when they brought in the River Boys because it moved the show away from being about foster families etc. But at the same time they gained a lot of viewers who presumably wanted something different.
You can often tell when a certain character is about to leave because they introduce a very similar character. Different face, same attitude/demeanour.
