This week in Summer Bay, get prepared to meet the firecracker that is Amber Simmons.
Maddy Jevic joins Home and Away as John Palmerâs new carer, Amber. Amberâs straight forward take no prisoners attitude is likely to rustle some feathers, especially those of John who just might of met his match.
As a Mangrove River local, itâs been a few years since Amber has seen her old mates Willow, Colby and Dean, so she makes it her mission to relive the old party days with Willow, and old wounds are reopened when she realises Colby Thorne is the local cop. The past acquaintance sheâs most surprised to run into is old flame, Dean. Unknown to any of the Mangrove River gang, Amberâs got a secret⌠but for now, itâs Tane that sheâs after!

News Corp reports Annabelle Stephenson, who starred in H2O: Just Add Water, Revenge and Tidelands, is joining Home and Away next month as Taylor Rosetta, wife of Angelo Rosetta (Luke Jacobz).
Annabelle was spotted at Palm Beach in early July, filming a scene with Sam Frost.

Its already been established that the show is ignoring guidelines. There are multiple pictures of Tori and Christian and Leah and Justin kissing last month.

Tonight on Better Homes and Gardens, Johanna Griggs has a chat with Luke Jacobz, who returns to Home and Away as Angelo after 10 years.
Luke told TV Tonight he would have stayed at Summer Bay if not for a last-minute call up to host The X Factor in 2010.
Earlier, Luke revealed that in February this year, producers called to ask him to come back, and that they have plans for him that will last a few months â plans that donât involve him dying.
Bridie Carter is joining Home and Away as Susie McCalister.
Quite a few big names coming on board in the next few months such as Luke Jacobz returning, Ditch Davey as Christian Green and now Bridie. A strong cast moving into the end of the year.

Getting blown away in beautiful Centennial Park in Sydney.

After filming today, I sought solace in nature at one of the cityâs most beautiful green spaces - not being on the farm, I need that! Very grateful for this wonderful public park.

Cameron Daddo is returning to Summer Bay in a different character. He will play Owen, Evanâs long-lost, estranged twin brother.

To be fair, there was theJade/Laura de Groot storyline from about 20 years ago which was also far fetched.

I believe the chemistry between Cameron and Georgie Parker led to the new role being created. I donât know the long term future for Georgie on the show, but perhaps her character hooking up with Owen could lead them to ride off into the sunset together?
