Home and Away

So will there be no change on screen, Home and Away will keep airing until the end of the year? The production break won’t affect anything?

I mean they’re airing 6 eps a week at the moment so they aren’t worried about running out? Maybe the 6 is due to the break back in March when the show was taken off air?

I’m surprised no outside shoots, thought it was safer outside.

Outside shoots have also been canned for now, with filming at Sydney’s Palm Beach on hold.

Disgraceful clickbait journalism at its finest:

Of course, it’s talking about The Force

Why another attack on Leah? Especially after she was kidnapped by a stalker in the previous storyline which began just before last year’s season finale and continued into February this year.

Jumped the shark? :man_shrugging:

Leah is celebrating 20 years on Home and Away with her 20th horror attack. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Former Blue Heelers star Ditch Davey has joined the soap.

Sounds like he’s a regular?

Wasn’t there a Dr. Green in A Country Practice?

Yes, Dr Ben Green.

Ditch Davey was great in Harrow on the ABC, a bad guy, something viewers weren’t used to seeing from him.

Meanwhile, the characters played by Karakawa, Ethan Thorne and Rob Kipa-Williams will perform a haka, specifically written for the soap, in this Thursday’s episode.

Another case of viewers unable to seperate fiction from reality.

This happens way too often. Christie Whelan-Browne copped a lot of abuse after her recent role in Neighbours, to the point that other cast members had to defend her. You only have to read about Rebecca Schaeffer to see how easy it can be for obsessed fans to take things too far.

Remember the Joey Collins lesbian storyline?

Bree Peters who plays Gemma Parata on the program made her last appearance on Wednesday Nights episode. Her character departed to head back to New Zealand to lay her husband’s ashes to rest.

Bree posted on her Instagram account stating that she doesn’t know when her character will return to the program.

So now we have our new “riverboys” ? aka the NZers?

It’s obvious that they’re trying to recreate that every few years now. Doesn’t the audience find it boring?

Meanwhile, it seems Home and Away are not following the social distancing guidelines with their filming like Neighbourshas been. Apparently actors have been consulted. Maybe they’ve been asked to sign an agreement that doesn’t leave the producers liable?
