I’d say given the new “2DayFM. Today AF.” campaign uses the lighter blue flat background, that the network will likely follow suit - to simply freshen up the brand, not completely rebrand.

Macquarie Southern Cross (formerly DMG and RG Capital stations), but pre Austereo merger is when I have heard the switch from voicebreak before ads to music straight into ads.

Fifi Box will have a one-off cameo on stage on Thursday night (March 27), playing the baker’s wife Marie in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast at Her Majesty’s Theatre in Melbourne. She has been rehearsing for her role after the Fox breakfast show finishes for the day, and has also invited cast and crew to the studio to talk about the musical.
The cameo role was a birthday gift from co-hosts Brendan Fevola and Nick Cody.
This morning on Fifi, Fev and Nick, Fifi described in detail the rehearsals she did yesterday for the two scenes she would appear in.

Melbourne Radio Wars slyly suggesting Fox are warming up the breakfast audience for Fifi, Jules and Fev, with Fev playing the comic foil a bit more, they claim Fifi sounds more relaxed not having to carry the entire show with Jules back.

From the small snippets I’ve heard the show is sounding very good with Jules. Jules is an excellent broadcaster and really gives Fifi someone to bounce off, and even lets Nick be heard more. Fev, while being much loved and bringing good content, can be very undisciplined often derailing segments and talking over the other hosts because he doesn’t know when the shit up.
I’m torn what the best outcome would be. Fev is a fan favorite and Jules brings another level of professionalism to the show, I’m just not sure if Fev would be willing to played 3rd fiddle and if the dynamic between Jules and Fev would work longterm.
