You’d hope so - there’s almost nothing gained from them being in the studio, other than I suppose banter being a bit more spontaneous from no delays between the links.
Though otherwise it’s all upsides - more options for guests, cheaper to produce, no issues if there’s ever further border closures.
Generally it runs May - November so probably will be the same this year too. Only saw a promo for the first time yesterday so gives it a few weeks to drum it in.
I actually preferred when it was done virtually. When I look back at when they were in person it looks cramped to me, but probably just adapted to the change. I also liked the fact they could easily bring in people from overseas.
In the rare occasion, both in-studio and virtually versions worked well for this show.
