Is there any group of people better equipped to take on Tom Gleeson than a bunch of primary school kids? In this special edition of Hard Quiz, four contestants aged between 10 and 12 try to prove they’re the smartest kids in the room, and maybe knock Tom off his high horse while they’re at it.

Good to have this show back for another year. I didn’t realise that there were still two episodes remaining from season 5. At least they’re still to be shown.

Hard Quiz is having a mid-season break, with news quiz Win The Week taking the 8pm timeslot from June 23.
