Gleeso should be a host for a morning; arvo show, with his selections on his night show. I’d love to hear him during the workday!

I’m not sure how he’d go as a solo host, probably needs a co-host, but preferably not Thomo.

Someone with a musical reputation in the Kevin Hillier or Barry Bissell mould, or maybe a female co-host to balance out Gleeso’s blokeiness.

Fair enough, I agree about Thomo. He should definitely have a different co-host for the night show in general, it probably wouldn’t make the show any different. But to have a co-host with the same, or even better music knowledge then Gleeso would be a bit more fitting!

Not exactly a “great” song, but I’m enjoying hearing the new Coldplay song Feels Like I’m Falling In Love on The Breeze. I love how they put in new music that blends in with the classic hits. Sounds great. They followed it up with a Beatles track.

Does anyone know if stations like Smooth or Gold/WS are playing this one? They should be.

Gold/WS doesn’t play anything released within the last 5 years pretty much.

Yep, thought as much. Just don’t think I could listen too long to a station that doesn’t play anything new. I’ll stick to Breeze and Rebel

Today on The Breeze:
The Rembrandts, “That’s Just the Way it Is” great song from the early 90s,very rarely heard on radio anymore.
Most people only know them for singing the “Friends “ theme,a song that’s flogged to death but I still like it

Isn’t there a more famous song from the 1980s with that title or something like it?

You mean “The Way it is” by Bruce Hornsby?
