But now that Biden has cancelled it may not even go ahead with the announcement this morning.

It’s a bit of a problem for reporting on an earthquake that didn’t have the decency to knock down even a wall or disrupt some garden furniture - where do you report from the next morning?

Today reporter Izabella Staskowski chose to stand outside a building that was damaged in the last earthquake.
