Sally Bowrey just said on Seven’s 5pm news that Sydney viewers will get continued coverage from 5:30pm, whilst all the other states go to their respective programs at 5:30pm (Border Security or local travel shows).

Perhaps they’ll be up to speed with what’s happening by 5.30pm. They crossed to a reporter in Penrith who said the dam had just spilled then they aired a report that repeated it is about to spill. Piss poor effort, Seven.

Local news would’ve been handy in the Illawarra tonight considering flood evacuation warnings are being issued, heavy rain is expected tonight with the potential for flash flooding and many roads are impassable.
