Technically, a 0 rating doesn’t mean no one was watching but rather there wasn’t a sufficient amount of viewers for there to be a measurable audience.

GB News announced this week it planned to “supercharge” its political coverage with the appointment of more political journalists and four dedicated weekday programs.
A weekly Prime Minister’s Questions special edition will also launch once Parliament returns in September. Each show will feature interviews, analysis and debate and extend to regional mayors and devolved parliaments as well as Westminster.

It looks like community TV (talent and presentation wise) and is compressed to hell on Freeview. Propaganda outfit RT has SD and an HD version on Freeview, this and Sky only have low bitrate SD channels.
