While previous terms prohibited actions like reverse-engineering user accounts, the new agreement explicitly forbids users from bypassing, modifying, decrypting, or tampering with the Nintendo Account Services or device protections.
If these conditions are breached, Nintendo reserves the right to render the device or associated account “permanently unusable in whole or in part.”

It sucks that there was no FM25, but they did the right thing. They sat out the season and worked on getting FM26 right.
It’s a tie-in promotion for EA Sports FC26 along with the SubDog returning. A whole lot of meh.
Subway could come up with their own game where you have to make subs against the clock. I know people, my niece being one of them, that would play the living hell out of this game. Now that’s a promotion. And you could do healthy options as well - tie up the educational element and you’ll have the food tech and PDHPE teachers loving you a long time.

Gamer fury as Discord begins age verification checks
Australian gamers are protesting the introduction of age verification on the Discord chat platform.
Gamers have attributed Discord’s rolling introduction of age verification – which requires a government ID or video selfie – to the impending under-16 social media ban. The ban will come into force in December as part of the Federal government’s changes to the Online Safety Act.
Mumbrella has sought clarification from Discord, but on the evidence of its public posts the Australian introduction seems to be part of a global rollout that it calls an “ongoing experiment across various regions”.
The move has prompted fury from Australian gamers who have taken to Reddit, alarmed by the potential of data leaks and questioning the motivation of the company.
Discord is not a social media.

It isn’t, and whilst I agree with you I think that the whole D4vd situation and the countless grooming that happens on the site is adding ammunition to the government to lump this in with the rest.
