The AFL announced the fixture for the 2026 AAMI Community Series this morning. The matches will take place from February 25 to March 1, including three matches in three days in Ballarat. All matches will be shown live on Fox Footy and streamed live on Kayo.

Ken Hinkley will join Fox Footy for the 2026 season in a special comments role, mainly at Adelaide Oval games.

I wonder if this means Shaun Burgoyne is gone or pushed to the boundary full time.
Ideally they’d also find a local play by play, then they’d have a full local team in Adelaide like they do in Perth.

Fox Footy showing classic Origin matches. Three 80s era matches back-to-back.
Didn’t think they’d shown vintage SoO before, and the first match might be a newer edit, but the other two were shown back in the mid 2010s.
Call teams announced for AFL Origin. 2 Vics, 2 Black Swans and a Queenslander. I assume they’ll be at the ground, but unconfirmed.

TV Guide says no, but they have released a new promo for the match.
The Super Saturday used on the left side of the scorebug but the mic were just saying Fox Footy. The goal animation says AFL ORIGIN.
