Has WBD shut down their linear channels anywhere to make room for Max?
Seem a lot more willing to try to get as much value out of linear TV services as they can than Disney (and obviously Netflix and the tech companies). Probably demonstrates Zaslavâs background on the Discovery side.
Interesting addition to the service, doesnât quite make up for the departure of many key channels.
Strangely I canât see anything on their website about this at all.
Wasted about two hours playing them yesterday.

Which is probably the strategy behind launching right, it aids the retention of users on the platform for longer - if gaming is your thing I guess.
Looking overseas, and seems this service has been available for some time on other similar services. They were also quite quick to add the Fetch logo to their partners list
Is this only on the Gen 5?
Looks like my Fetch updated to Dugong Bay sometime during the day and is now stuck on this screen. Restarted it twice but gets stuck on the same place
Itâs just simply a piece of shit device.

Unplug it wait a few minutes and plug it back in. 
You literally have to do that every few days. I havenât had mine plugged in for months. Useless.

I do a force restart every few days, but I only unplug it if I really need to.
When I had mine until 2021, it was great. Telstra buys it and it goes to shit.

I havenât had any issues with the fetch before. It does act up but this is the first time such issue like this has happened.
Iâve unplugged and replugged but maybe I will have it unplugged overnight to see if that gets fixed
The problems started way before that. I think it has something to do with them introducing so many new features and functions but still using the old hardware.
There were a lot of problems for ages but I think they got rid of a lot of bugs. I havenât done a restart in a few weeks now.

Its become impossible to recommend Fetch to anyone now - the box is so buggy and unstable and it doesnât seem to be improving (but its ok, theyâve added the ability to play games!)

Fingers crossed Iâve so far had no problems with Fetch. I now only use it mostly for recording though.
