If Labor somehow manage to lose the 2019 Federal Election, I think we’ll almost certainly see a leader change.
Like many others, the highlight of the night so far is Tony Abbott losing his seat after 25 years! Although Tony was probably nearing the end of his time in federal politics anyway…

Very interesting to have heard the almost arrogance from Labor that they had this in the bag and to now hear them have a very sudden fall back to earth. Elections can’t be predicted safely. Happy TA is gone and my parents are certainly very happy, they’re about to retire next year and stood to lose heaps under Labor’s super changes.
