As proud sponsors of the NSW Blues and Queensland Maroons, McDonald’s is offering meals in either medium or large with a choice of a Big Mac or 10 piece Chicken McNuggets, fries, drink and one of six legendary Blues and Maroons collector cups, commemorating iconic moments from each state’s Origin history – from miracle tries to punch-the-air wins and everything in between.
The meals are available (until July 9) in NSW and ACT restaurants for Blues fans and in Queensland and the Northern Territory for Maroons fans, with campaign content targeting each state.

Does the Blues Meal come with a free cockroach? Knowing the cleanliness of some outlets, that shouldn’t be too hard to manage.

Maybe NRL fans will just be content to go into Macca’s for a ‘big hit’ (of coffee) or a ‘chip and chase’ or maybe a ‘six again’ (of McNuggets)… (you’ve probably seen the ads, which I quite like actually).

Selected Hungry Jack’s stores in NSW are offering free Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Doughnuts with any coffee purchase from Jack’s Cafe, for tomorrow (Friday May 30) only.
This is a place i thought closed down 30 years ago. But thankfully no. The Oak Milkbar at Freemans Waterhole.

Never thought I would see the day I see a Oak milk bar especially in 2025.
Yes, the one at Peats Ridge has been gone long ago, I remember seeing heaps of cars parked there back when the old Pacific Highway passed through the town.
