“I’m not here to find a girlfriend, I’m here to find my wife”
Meet the 2025 Farmers and Ladies
Real love returns to Seven and 7plus on Monday, 21 April with four new farmers – Corey, Jarrad, Thomas and Tom – ready to open their hearts to love on Australia’s favourite dating show, **Farmer Wants A Wife.
An up-and-coming fourth-generation farmer Corey – 24, from Biloela, Queensland – is keen to make a solid start on the fifth generation. Family means the world to him, and he plans to expand his farm, continuing the dream of his grandfather and his father before him. Despite his young age, Corey is ready to settle down, has firm plans for his future and is ready to settle down.
“I’m not here to find a girlfriend, I’m here to find my future wife, and once I do I’ll be loyal to a fault,” says Corey; who is looking for an open, honest, and family-oriented partner. “I want a partner who wants to have a family and puts family first.”
Sheep farmer Tom – 31 from Borambola, New South Wales – loves being his own boss and working in open spaces, breathing in the clean mountain air of the Riverina district. He loves farm life and is looking for a wife to build a future and family with.
For Tom, love is a combination of passion and attraction that brings joy and commitment. “It’s someone you can’t get enough of and want to spend every moment with,” he says, adding: “Everyone desires love – they’re lying if they say they don’t.”
Sheep and hemp farmer Jarrad – 21 from Stanthorpe, Queensland – loves working hard on and off the farm. A creative who loves the land and making music, Jarrad spends his downtime singing, watching movies and cooking.
He cares about traditional values including common respect, integrity, discipline and being there for one another: “Having your partner’s back is important but also pushing each other to achieve your best. I’m very driven. I need someone who’ll push me as hard as I push them so we can achieve our dreams together.”
Farmer Thomas is a hardworking and driven 35-year-old farmer from South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula. He’s tech-savvy, passionate about modern farming and can’t wait to get married and start his own family. Describing himself as “open and honest,” Thomas believes in giving everyone a “fair go” and doesn’t judge people at face value.
Thomas is looking for a partner in love and life, “My ideal partner is someone who shares the same values as me – loyalty, trust and being family-focused. A free spirit who enjoys fun and adventure.”

Farmers Corey and Thomas invite five ladies back to their farms
Tonight on the season premiere of Farmer Wants A Wife: Four new farmers – Corey, Jarrad, Thomas and Tom – began their search for love, meeting their chosen eight ladies for the first time at the Hunter Valley’s Convent Hotel.
After being introduced by host Natalie Gruzlewski, all four farmers proceeded to get to know their ladies better through a series of one-on-one speed dates.
South Australian farmer Thomas was smitten after meeting 35-year-old English teacher Clarette. “She took my breath away,” said the 35-year-old farmer, adding: “She’s beautiful.”
The shy farmer was also impressed by 32-year-old public servant Ellen, 31-year-old FIFO mine site administrator Claire, 34-year-old construction co-ordinator Rachel and 33-year-old blasting specialist Nat.
Queensland farmer Corey declared he was looking for his “soulmate” before sitting down to his first speed date with 26-year-old primary school teacher Jadee. The 24-year-old farmer admitted the speed date made him feel like a lovesick teenager: “I couldn’t stop blushing. I couldn’t stop smiling.”
After promising speed dates with 23-year-old administration officer Hunter, 26-year-old registered nurse Chelsea, and 22-year-old dental assistant Rosie, Corey met Keeley, a 22-year-old optometrist. The pair bonded instantly over family, and Corey became emotional when talking about his grandfather who passed away last year. Wiping away his tears, Corey shared a joke with Keeley to lighten the mood.
Back in the Convent barrel room, Corey and Thomas each invited five ladies to join them on their farms:
Farmer Corey: Jadee, Keeley, Hunter, Rosie and Chelsea
Farmer Thomas: Clarette, Claire, Rachel, Nat and Ellen

First dates and first kisses
Steamy 24-hour dates on Farmer Wants A Wife
Tonight on Farmer Wants A Wife: Farmers Jarrad and Tom chose five ladies to invite back to their farms before all four farmers each invited a special lady for an unforgettable day alone.
Farmer Tom invited 28-year-old primary school teacher Eliza, 27-year-old registered nurse Emma, 29-year-old fitness coach Emmie-Rose, 28-year-old registered nurse Georgie and 34-year-old lawyer Bridget back to the farm to get to know them better.
Clearly smitten by Eliza, Tom invited her on a 24-hour date where they enjoyed a magical evening in Tom’s barn. Eliza said she was excited to have the farmer all to herself, saying he was “definitely ticking all the boxes at the moment!” The pair spent the night talking about family and animals before ending the night with a kiss. “There could be some love blossoming there for sure.”
Jarrad invited 22-year-old education support worker Ash, 21-year-old bartender Chloe, 23-year-old jillaroo Lucy, 25-year-old business owner Maneesha and 22-year-old jewellery store manager Bri back to his Stanthorpe sheep farm.
Sensing a strong connection with Chloe and being fond of her “big personality”, Jarrad followed his instincts and invited her on the first 24-hour date. After a romantic swim at a nearby waterfall, Jarrad prepared a barbeque dinner for the pair. “It meant a lot to be able to cook for her and just for her,” said Jarrad. “We’ve got a similar sense of humour and really like being around each other.” Chloe also enjoyed her alone time with Jarrad, saying, “Today has really grounded my feelings for Jarrad. Fingers crossed; they only grow from here.”
For his 24-hour date with 22-year-old optometrist Keeley, Biloela farmer Corey decorated his barn with fairy lights and flowers, creating a romantic space for the couple to get to know each other. During their date, Corey and Keeley talked about their grandparents with Corey noting it was rare to “fall for someone” who was on the same wavelength when it came to family. After sharing their first kiss at the end of the date, Keeley admitted she was feeling “a little bit smitten” with Corey.
After inviting Claire for the first 24-hour date, Thomas was excited to show her around the farm. For Claire, the night was an opportunity to find out what made Thomas tick. “I’m hoping to get a deeper understanding of Thomas and what he’s about, who he is as a person.”
Nestled on the back of a vintage truck once owned by his grandfather, Thomas told Claire she was “beautiful” before the couple shared their first kiss.
