ESPN NFL coverage reverting back to host broadcast feed today. Showing US FOX graphics and CBS graphics as opposed to the controversial world feed.

The world feed was a bad decision from ESPN. Common sense prevails

FWIW, I was able to catch a glimpse of the games shown on Sky Sports UK and 7mate, and both were broadcasting the Fox/CBS domestic feed as opposed to the NFL world feed, which both networks were doing up to today. Perhaps the NFL have ditched it altogether (thankfully)?

I hope so! The NFL World feed was just a confusing mishmash of presentation elements.

If they really want a separate world feed for primetime games, get the NFL Network crew to do it with their commentary and full presentation. A separate world feed for Sunday afternoon games doesn’t make sense - maybe for the late “national” 4.25pm game on the non-doubleheader broadcaster.

With Sky losing the NZ NBL rights to ESPN, it looks like the NZ games will now be called from Australia with just a sideline reporter in NZ.

Damn, that’s disappointing.

The NFL World feed is back for Sunday Night Football. Off to DAZN I go!

Here comes the backlash

ESPN also had the world feed on the Chargers/Chiefs, Buccaneers/Eagles, as well as the Packers/Vikings on ESPN2.

The NFL World Feed is a joke. Happy I subbed to DAZN for the full coverage this season

What does Dazn/NFN game pass give you? What’s the difference between the world feed v what they get in the US?

Gives you the full US coverage and all games, RedZone. Only way to watch the NFL this season

The world feed has missing graphical elements from the host broadcaster - despite taking the commentary from the host.

This is what is shown on DAZN/Game Pass which is the only way to watch with the US feed this season

Iirc in week 1, the live game was the world feed while the espn relay had the original feed. Today both the live & replay were both the world feed BUT I did see that the NFL mini had the original feed.

So it’s a bit all over the place atm

Are you on the DAZN/NFL payroll or something?

In fairness DAZN has been much better this season, last year I had consistent buffering issues, especially when watching replays & highlights, this season so far no real buffering issues.

Another week, another international feed on NBC’s SNF (Cowboys-Steelers) which was delayed due to thunderstorms. Kickoff was at 12:45pm AEDT.

At least it has the down and distance markers. The SNF world feed they crashed out of back to the NBC feed the other week didn’t.
