Jonathan Groff has joined Doctor Who as a yet-to-be-named character.
Starting in 1986, Langford played the Time Lordâs companion Melanie Bush opposite the versions of the Doctor portrayed by Colin Baker and Sylvester McCoy. She reprised the role last year for the final episode of Jodie Whittakerâs tenure in the TARDIS.
