Well it’s nice that a lot of those Hulu shows will get a home here in Australia.
But more specifically, the first episode, which is a Christmas special!
Just finished Artemis Fowl. Wow didn’t Disney get that wrong. Pure crap and a waste of two hours.
Lots of good stuff coming with STAR - this makes the DISNEY+ subscription incredibly good value and we finally have a home for Love, Victor which if you’ve seen Love, Simon you’ll absolutely love.
Very substantive offering, far superior to Netflix now.
Stan is going to be in a lot of trouble very soon. Unless they can link up with Peacock if they expand.
Back catalouge wise, yes - better curation that Netflix - though original content on Netflix still is leaps and bounds ahead of Disney+. I’m sure that will continue to shift but for the moment Netflix wins hands down there, unless you’re a marvel or star wars fan the original content on Disney leaves alot to be desired.
I dunno, I find that Star TV list highly underwhelming. A catalogue of library sitcoms and procedurals.
The movies on the other hand…
I wonder if Stan loses rights to stuff or it will be non exclusive example that list says
Family Guy Season 18… so Stan must retain rights then as they have more than 1 seasons? Same how it says Grey’s Anatomy S15, 16 And 17 Stan has more than 3 seasons.
Interesting how they have 911 Seasons 1 -3. Not sure 7 will be happy about that as it’s on 7Plus.
Awesome that American Dad is up there.

On that TV Blackbox article it says The Chi Season 1 and 3 ? Not 2 and also says DIRT S1 TO 2 and then lists Dirt Season 2 on another line?

I’m going to work through old content on Stan I have yet to get around to eg Unreal The Detour and then probably stay with Disney + and Star. Have not liked Stan’s new additions for months now nothing interests me.
After seeing a day ago that Disney+ in Australia still only has the 1st season of Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD, I’m guessing … it depends on whenever existing licensing agreements expire.
I’m annoyed that they only have season one, SHIELD is very under-appreciated. It was hands down the best of Marvel TV’s offerings before the division was folded into Marvel Studios.
they have the two biggest studios in Hollywood: Disney and 20th Century (Fox) and their movie library is impressive!
I mean that is personally one of my favourite content types on streamers so each to their own. There’s quite a list there and some sitcomes I’ve been wanting to watch but have lacked a decent home and a place to catch up on the earlier seasons i.e. black-ish and fresh off the boat in particular.
Notice Tim Allens Last Man Standing is there but no Home Improvement? Wasn’t that a Disney/ABC Studios sitcom back in the day?
also no Ally McBeal, no It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, no Sons of Anarchy, no Mayans MC
I have never seen the appeal of Disney but they have some shows that I have always wanting to go back to. Ugly Betty, my name is earl and private practice. It’s nice to see they all have a home. A family member has Disney so I might finally ask them for their password
