It will be interesting to see if Mulan will be available on Disney+ in Australia, since only cinemas in Victoria are closed due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions.

The owner of a small cinema in suburban Paris, Gerard Lemoine, was so disgusted with the upcoming streaming of Mulan on Disney+, that he smashed a pop-up artwork in protest.
Oh well. He has no use for it now. 
Everything I’ve read says yes… Disney will launch on Disney+ I’m every region and also in theatres wherever they are open.
Well that appears to be wrong seeing that cinemas in France are open and it won’t be released in cinemas there.
A bit strange, because Warner Bros. had the movie rights to LEGO, but now Universal has them.
