Both seasons of Lizzie Mcguire are still on Stan
I think all of Lizzie McGuire is available on YouTube as well through the show’s YouTube channel - split into 4-ep blocks from memory.
So I take it there’s no content above PG on Disney+ Australia? With the exception of a number of Marvel/Star Wars movies that carry an M classification?
Many have noted online that several films and shows that are technically family aimed are for some reason also not on the app yet?
Congrats on telling us for a second time you illegally download shows! Very cool man!
it’s the same thing that happened 15 or so years ago with music. we had mass amounts of online music suppliers and 95% are gone now with only 3 or 4 big players. i’d expect the same to happen with video, unless they are niche services like Tennis TV or WWE Access
People say it’s only illegal if you download but not stream, is this true or false? I’d think it’s much the same, not paying to view someone else’s copyrighted licenced content.
Also read that Australia’s laws are a bit cloudy, in that it’s only set up for commercial penalties rather than civil (so it’d be up to the content’s owners to hunt down the individual perpetrator and that’d be almost impossible - probably tens or hundreds of thousands if not millions in Australia sadly doing it).
If you share a login and password that’s illegal. If you hack into an account and steal somebody’s login and password details that’s illegal.
no I said I will take my chances on the high seas.
It’s not my fault that someone else has gone to the trouble of uploading to a server that allows to stream the content now is it
otherwise ban VPN and be done with it … thats right that will never happen so in short copyright laws are BS and geo blocking is stupid.
Vince McMahon has stated they will have to wait till he is dead and long gone.
No doubt his “idiot daughter” according to Phil"CM PUNK" Brooks will probably sell the rights to WWE to either FOX (re: News Corp) or DISNEY or left field NBC Universal.
The GIF guy
does streaming make a copy that you can keep?
How about watching youtube?
Places like "so and so . ru.fu.bs ect are not legal however until ACMA block those websites they can’t stop you from viewing what ever content is on those servers.
So when people say you are a pirate I say “arrrrggghhh me matey” st the end of the day even viewing this very forum is against DCMA / Copyright laws as you are making a copy that is stored on your device due to the cookie needed to ensure you dont have the hassle of having to sign in every time.
But you know what ever …
Remember how stupid the VCR laws were? yet all of us (well those of us old enough) broke that law each and every time we recorded anything, thankfully that law has changed were you are now allowed to have a digital copy.
No the sports entertainment guy.
I find this slightly disappointing, tech exists to lock minors out
At best it violates the sites t&c’s - none of these streaming services seem worried about it yet
I agree. Disney should’ve uploaded their entire vault/catalogue (including adult content of which they don’t produce much these days), by having a screen when opening for the first time that says something along the lines of “Disney+ carries M, MA15+ and R18+ content, would you like to set a parental lock and password? With a “skip” button if N/A”.
You’ll just have to pay more to subscribe to Disney After Dark.
As someone without kids and.not into star wars/marval - I can’t say I find Disney+ a compelling option, even with the Simpsons
hope you get caught
Are the enormously popular National Treasure movies with Nic Cage on there, surely!?
Virtual Private Network.
