Honestly what’s the point?
Oh, here’s an idea. Normally all shows are uploaded onto 10 Streaming within X minutes of its broadcast.
They’ll now try for uploading within X minutes of its +1 broadcast.
Oh great ANOTHER channel to roadblock The Traitors with.
Just make Nickelodeon HD for crying out loud

What’s the bet the bandwith for this comes out of 10SD & Nickelodeon 
If 10 are going to make theses changes they might as well ditch the 10 SD channel altogether. It doesn’t seem to have done any damage to Seven’s share.
Interesting to see if the ads are “encored” and if the watermark helps you distinguish the channel.

Instead of calling it +1 they should just give it the same name as the main channel and adopt the tagline “watch + watch an hour later + stream free” and let people figure it out from there.
I wish I was in the room when they decided on this. The thinking behind this can’t make much sense?

I’m not really against +1 channels - just odd that it’s in HD. Nickelodeon in HD and the +1 in SD would have made more sense.
The argument that it doesn’t make sense now you’ve got streaming I think is almost the opposite - if you’re still watching linear Ten this far into the streaming age, you probably are the target audience for a +1 channel.
The flipping of LCN 1 and 10 is also positive.
I falsely hold out hope this is a placeholder for a proper channel launch though.

It’s just a black screen at the moment. The EPG says channel launching soon. Does nobody think that “10 HD +1” is just a lazy placeholder for something else?
It would be very easy to just launch an hour’s delay of another channel; there would be no need to put it on air with dead air and no EPG if it was just a +1 channel?
Sky News nationally? 
Maybe splitting Nick Jr & Nickelodeon into two?
Knowing 10 it probably IS 10+1
