Yes, it was frequently played on i98 FM as well.
(i98 was my station of choice in 1994, along with a bit of Power 94.9âŚbut I couldnât receive the latter in stereo).

On Triple Mâs âAlmost Acoustic Sundayâ via 2MMM Sydney, at 9:07 AM, they played Neil Finnâs cover of Martin Gayeâs âSexual Healingâ which was originally performed on Andrew Dentonâs âMusical Challengeâ when he had his morning show on that station in the early 2000s. Kind of an interesting gimmick he had back then and Austereo did release three compilation albums of that segment at that time too.

Just heard âCrunchy Granola Suite (Hot August Night)â by Neil Diamond on Triple M Newcastle and Triple M Regional as part of Tuesdayâs theme of names of the month in the song title. I may or may not be a fan of Neil Diamond but it sure beats hearing âSweet Carolineâ for the umpteenth time in a row.

In yet another episode of songs played back to back with the same word in the title, I heard
âKiss the Dirt (Falling down the mountain)â by INXS and âKiss from a Roseâ By Seal on Triple M Newcastle (MMM Regionals) just now. Kind of ironic that it was played on Double Shot Tuesday with todayâs theme being âSongs with the days of the Week in the titleâ with the song being âFriday on My Mindâ by the Easybeats being the first one and âBlue Mondayâ by New Order being the second!
