10’s Late News has been brought forward from 10.40pm to 9.45pm.
How many ads does channel 7 need instead of just getting it done and moving on with regular programming?
What’s the plans for Breakfast TV tomorrow morning??
For those interested in US coverage - NBC Today hosts Savannah Guthrie and Craig Melvin appear to break into NBC programming at 6am Eastern Time with coverage for about 15 minutes before returning to network.
Live in studio with Europe Correspondents in Rome.
Election weekend should be an interesting setup. Federal Election & New pope
Dedicated special report intro on CBS after going through BBC News, plus Norah O’Donnell was brought in due to her interview with the Pope:

I tuned in just before 6:30pm to ABC Sydney expecting to get Mark Humpries but they extended PM until 7pm. Mark Humpries then took over (and I switched away because it was going to be all pope talk). Later, when I was driving home from work Mark Humpries threw to national ABC Radio coverage at 8:30pm with the promise of returning at 9pm.
So, I presume in Eastern states that coverage started with PM at 6pm.

No Late Night Live on Radio National, Andrew West came on air after 10pm news to announce continuing coverage of the Death of the Pope with RN and NewsRadio now simulcasting the ABC News Channel coverage.
Kathryn Robinson on ABC News mentioned a short time ago ABC News Breakfast would be on-air at the earlier time of 5am tomorrow morning. Not sure if that’s just on Channel 24 or also on the main channel.
10’s bulletin finished at 10:15 then into Taskmaster.
You’d hope that they don’t think it is necessary to do rolling coverage 12 hours later, when tonight, an hour after the announcement, the commercials were back to normal programming.
