I think most likely Today Show will considering there is more facilities in Darwin.
@TV-QLD Today are doing an OB in QLD tomorrow (it always happens to them doesn’t it) so I think Sunrise will push hard on the news factor of this shooting. No one will want to watch special coverage from Suncorp Stadium.
The only advantage is that it is faster to send someone from Brisbane to Darwin than Sydney…

It might be a good idea to get Jonathan Uptin on Today tomorrow morning given his ties to Darwin. It would probably give Today an edge over Sunrise to have a face so recognisable to Darwin residents as a part of their coverage.

Still no mention of the event from Seven or Nine Brisbane.
As mentioned before, Matt Cunningham is on location in Darwin.

Nine did a Facebook post regarding the press conference. Probably a hint they will do some sort of coverage either on TV or on their Facebook page like they normally do
