I hardly think anyone cares too much about where they’re staying right now given the impending circumstances, they’re up there to do a job not kick back in fancy hotel rooms.

Highlight so far was the cringeworthy exchange between Lisa Wilkinson and some reporter not handling the delay in communication. 30 seconds of talking over each other or complete silence. lol
Why is Ten bothering? Should be doing normal programming like the good old days.

Just guessing here, but as it’s now afternoon would this be the latest that Sunrise/Today has ever still continuously been on air? In the past with similar events the rolling coverage would usually be under the Seven/Nine News brand by now.

It’s pretty good - apart from the misspelling of “Information”
There’s also a version with a different female voiceover that has shocking background noise of office staff talking - it’s honestly terrible, I’ll try and get a recording of it.

I’ve been able to take a look for a bit at the different coverages.
Seven’s coverage has seemed the most extensive and IMO best so far. Although I’m concerned that Paul Burt might get the flu 
I also really liked Ten’s, Matt White is great (albeit an odd choice) & found it really interesting having Josh Holt show us the bunkered-down motel room with his colleagues.
Nine’s just seems okay, nothing too special. Same with the ABC, although I’ve seen lots of live-crosses on 24.
Note:
Why must the Sunrise & Today logos/graphics continue? It’s nearly 1pm [AEDT]! Apart from the presenters of course. Same with Studio 10.
Surely “Seven News” / “Nine News” / “Ten Eyewitness News” would be better now?
