If this was the NRL, or the Sixers, Iâd agree.
This is a choke job. I know weâve had injuries and losing Konstas to rep duty didnât help, but still, they couldâve done a hell of a lot better.

The fielding has been shocking.
The Hurricanes deserves the win and the title. We served it to them on a platter and they well and truly gobbled it up.

And that they won with nearly 6 overs to spare. If they were batting first, the Thunder could have been chasing 250.
All of which leaves the Stars as the only team not to win a BBL title yet. Somewhst ironic as they were originally launched as a âglamourâ club with Eddie McGuire as President and Shane Warne as their star recruit.
The Hurricanes stormed out of the gates with a 23 run first over, and never looked back.
A huge turnaround from their season opener when they were bowled out for 75 by the Renegades.
