I fear I have put the moz on them. Collapsed in absolute heap now. Won’t be much cricket to watch over the weekend….
Not sure if we’ve had some great bowling or some woeful batting from both sides.
There’s still BBL… That’s been good to watch.
PAK need another swashbuckling innings from Jamal like NOW!
But yes looks like being 3-0 now.
A bit of both.
Australia fought back hard after they were bowled out for 299, taking seven wickets including three in one Josh Hazlewood over. Pakistan only lead by 82 runs with three wickets left.
Unless Aamer Jamal does something special again tomorrow, Australia should win the test.
There’s a big band of rain and storms west of Adelaide this evening (still maybe an hour or more away), wonder if the Big Bash game at Adelaide Oval will be disrupted, continuing this summer’s bad relationship with the weather?
The BOM forecast doesn’t seem to suggest so, apart from saying there could be bad weather in “northern suburbs”, but low pressure troughs/thunderstorms geing generated can be a bit unpredictable and spring up out of nowhere, unless it dissipates or drifts south, avoiding AO.
Luckily for Seven, a Foxtel exclusive, if the aforementioned does occur (although still bad for the latter too).
Yes been a lot of BBL games affected by bad weather lately, including a few no results.
He is nothing but an attention seeker. He got what he wanted. Textbook drama queen
And that’s one of the nicer things i can say about him.
The Perth Scorchers have lost their first BBL game of the season, beaten convincingly by the Adelaide Strikers by nine wickets and 23 balls remaining.
The Brisbane Heat are the only unbeaten team remaining.
Australia won the third test against Pakistan this afternoon by eight wickets and claimed the series 3-0.
Resuming at 7/68, Pakistan added 47 runs before they were bowled out for 115. Mohammad Rizwan and Aamer Jamal added 42 for the eighth wicket before the home side wrapped up the innings fairly quickly.
The home side lost Usman Khawaja in the first over, but had little trouble after that to reach the 130 target. David Warner made 57 in his final test innings before he was dismissed LBW. At the post-match presentation, Shan Masood presented Warner with Babar Azam’s playing shirt signed by every member of the travelling squad.
Aamer Jamal was named player of the match for scoring 82 and taking six wickets in the first innings. Pat Cummins was named player of the series after taking 19 wickets.
Farewell to a man whose legacy outside of Australia will be much different to the one he holds in it.
Well they need to get over or. It’s been about what four years ? Let it go already.
I will remember Warner for his aggressive batting style in all three forms of cricket (test, ODI and T20), but won’t forget his legacy has been permanently tarnished by Sandpaper-gate.
Let it go dude . There’s far more shit in the works. He’s been punished he’s done his time. Let it go.
Yep - I’m with you @JohnsonTV
He got a lenient punishment and didn’t seem to learn any lessons from it at all.
People would think better of him if he wasn’t such a flog
You can say many things about Dave Warner, but without him Candance Warner wouldn’t have a media career.
Sorry, what was I saying?
And extremely fortunate to play as many Tests as he did.
I just feel it’s done and dusted and people should let it go, I doubt it will be any issue this year. But nonetheless you keep talking about it, what it is going to achieve ? It will achieve moving. That’s all. We have much important things to worry about the David Warners lapse of judgement.
