Of course we know Trump is known to be a compulsive liar. How do we know this is even legit that he has tested positive for COVID? There would be any number of reasons for him to fake this now.

Anyone thinking conspiracy?
I’ve seen comments online on how this is a tactic to 1. Get out of debates
2. Somehow disrupt the election
3. Show a miraculous recovery
4. Prove that COVID isn’t as bad as the media says
I do think it’s a bit strange the he himself announced it.

Hard to see how 2 positive results (which would have to be repeated) with doctor’s advice would be a conspiracy. Trump needs all the time he can bet to turn the polls around. Not being able to physically attend rallies will be a negative for his campaign.

However, I won’t be surprised when he potentially emerges in 14 days from quarantine and the body double conspiracies start

Planet America did a great job tonight breaking down the facts of the situation (and they were loving it too). One feature that stood out was getting the info on COVID infection from an infection disease expert Professor Peter Collignon. This contrasted with ABC The World that were asking medical question of US political experts!
