A bit unusual - at least Nine tends to “inflict” the NSW pressers on the rest of the nation, at least on weekdays.

WIN in SNSW was broadcasting a clean feed of the presser rather than a dirty feed with 10 News First graphics.
Nine Sydney is currently airing the NSW Press Conference.
Edit = Nine aired the press conference for only 6 minutes, before crossing to The Sunday NRL Footy Show.
These sky news journalists on this press conference are atrocious. They keep going on and on for a gotcha moment. Blatant gaslighting .

That is stupid the press conference went for about 30 minutes and the NRL Footy Show goes for 2 hours with probably a lot of filler content. They need to get their priorities right.
Brad Hazzard needs to admit that there was a stuff up in regards to the public health orders regarding the requirements when picking flight crew up from the airport instead of trying to spin he’s way out of the questions. Good on whoever asked that towards the end of the press conference.

Hopefully they receive a local bulletin in Darwin tonight. Even just replace the first block of QTQ’s news with a local window (I assume most of the first block in QLD will be focussed on our new cases and origin anyway, so even the COVID coverage won’t be relevant).
They’ll loose a lot of the momentum they’ve been building if the only place to get local news tonight is the ABC.
If they can’t do a full-blown bulletin tonight (For whatever reason) then they could try the 10 method and have dedicated Darwin segments replacing Brisbane segments on the Queensland bulletin. Still have the same national/international segments and Jono presenting but make it like a Darwin dedicated bulletin.
Having said that, a one-off Sunday bulletin wouldn’t be that problematic anyway considering they managed to do it during the election last year.

I guess the thing is the prep time. The lockdown was only announced this morning so they’d first have to get reporters into work and then out on the road. By the time they do that it surely wouldn’t be enough time to get a full bulletin together. Hopefully they don’t take the easy option and not do anything though.
