ok then . so bunning etc lets say have tradesman hours open and the rest click and collect
It will be a problem opening shopping centers and lifting the radius on the same day. Keeping the radius could be a good way to thin the crowds at Chadstone and other mass gathering places.

REGIONAL VICTORIA
Rules are likely to be more relaxed particularly for business in regional Victoria, which has already moved to the third step.
My guess work is pretty good

Ratings will be interesting for this presser tomorrow. Could break some records on digital and tv channels.
Todayâs case number of one and zero deaths recorded are great. Tomorrow shall be interesting on what restrictions will be eased, as Andrews has stated previously itâll be more social than economic.
My issue is with the 14 day rolling average and cases with unknown source. We need to put that into prospective along with the active cases. I think that itâs a tad high so we need to continue to be wary about that. It wouldâve been nice to have met the threshold. Hopefully that will drop further in the next few days to a week if we continue to have low single digits numbers. I just hope people wonât start becoming complacent seeing the low case numbers.
17 Kiwi passengers slipped into state and nobody knows where they are. Who gets the blame for this one? I assume this one lies with the Feds.
How the heck did that even happen? Bizarre.
I heard they were sent straight back to Sydney. Are they still here?
Still here apparently. Whereabouts unknown.
Daniel Andrews said the government was still waiting for the travel arrival cards to be sent from Australian Federal Police.
As soon as we get that detail, we will be visiting each of those people and making sure that they are fully up to date, as it were, when it comes to the rules, the regulations, the structures that we have in Victoria.
Really? Ok crap. So presumably the problem was in Sydney, for letting them board the plane in the first place?
Labor will be out swinging against Dutton and the feds now, they finally have something of substance.
Yes, it was clear today that the Andrews Government was not happy with the Federal Government.
Only by not handing over the IPCs to identify the passengers. Once that flight arrived in Sydney and the passengers cleared ABF and Biosecurity, what further role can the Feds play? Who sold them the tickets?
Another business has been fined almost $10K for operating today and will apparently do it all again tomorrow.
Literally one more day. And they potentially may be open legally from Monday. Stupidity at its finest.
So now theyâre going to be out of probably $20,000. Thatâs a lot of haircuts.
(Implying, of course, that the fines wonât be overturned/successfully challenged in court, obviously. But I digress)
Fines will likely be paid for by the Vic Liberals or their supporters.
Clearly a media stunt.
Perhaps if they also fined the customers âŚ
