COVID-19: Impact on Sports & Culture (What do I now do on the weekends?)

Barring the extremely slim possibility that we eradicate the virus and/or get a vaccine by early next year, I’d imagine that the next Royal Canberra Show and Sydney Royal Easter Show will be held in 2022, not next year.

No idea about the other major capital city agricultural shows which if I’m not mistaken, are typically held during the 2nd half of the year.

Royal Darwin Show - late July
Ekka (Brisbane) - August
Royal Adelaide Show - early September
Royal Perth Show - mid September
Royal Melbourne Show - late September
Royal Hobart Show - October

I reckon Royal Darwin Show is the most likely to be held next year provided there are no cases in NT by then.

UPDATE 28/8: This year’s Royal Hobart Show, scheduled for October, has already been cancelled, however the Show Day public holiday will still go ahead.
