I feel like (and this might be me) most people are as prepped as they are - stocked up and ready to bunker down. And yes, we’re all at the mercy of it - so there will be damage anyway, that’s a fact, so it would be nice to have it happen sooner, reducing rainfall and flooding, rather than it lingering for longer and MORE rain falls.
