WIN took control of their SA stations in August 1999 (1 August I think).
SES 8 rebranded as WIN on 17 October 1999 and RTS 5A rebranded as WIN on 21 November 1999 (the same day that they began taking a feed from Mount Gambier).
This must’ve been close to the end of Kochie and Mel’s first stint on Sunrise. It then came back in 2000 prior the Sydney Olympics IIRC with Beretts and GG as hosts.

Thank you, as I posted after, I initially mistook the month of that guide.
RTS would have still been broadcasting their news from out of the station office at the time with the studio gutted by fire only two months prior.
