It was used for like ages from the mid 90s right up to late 2001/early 2002. Then updated to the same one as Nine Sydney one (2002). Then continued using it (white dot one) for the first week of the 7 days 7 colours 2002 package, then went to a static white nine for a day or so then finally to the animated 7 day 7 colour one, the one Syd/Mel/Bris used before they introduced the coloured bar. I still don’t know how I still remember all this :stuck_out_tongue: I like can’t remember what I studied last week!

Biggest scandal in Australian game show history

It was actually on the UK version of Millionaire that it happened.

A similar scandal nearly happened in Australia during Martin Flood’s run to the top prize.

If you listen closely during Question 12, you can hear a cough in the audience when Flood mentions an answer that ends up being correct.

Probably not intentional

Definitely wasn’t. This had been brought up by A Current Affair, but Flood was later publicly cleared of any wrongdoing by Channel Nine.

Seven’s Today Tonight were going to run a story about it, but decided against it.
