where do you see this? i dont see bbc or ci on the linear list
I’m using the android app and they’re there
not for me there not there:S
Not showing in browser or on Android TV app. Are they working? If not, your app probably hasn’t been updated as some linear’s were removed soon after launch.
well idont have any prompts to update binge on my phone
Maybe not have updated. I’m using android mobile app. They’re not showing on linear channel list under shows. But when I pulled down the show I was watching and clicked on channels, they’re still there and working
Now I’m just guessing it’s an oversight when they took them away from the main show page. I wonder how long they’ll last
So disappointed that this has been a total stuff up on my Telstra Tv, still wont let me watch any programs, and going by the emails from them they have not got a clue why it is not working. I know I am not going out to buy a new one when this one is meant to be compatible with Binge. It is an original model but it is meant to work with Binge.
So far I have thatched two movies and will start binging on GOT tonight. I went with the basic standard definition plan it was what I could afford. Picture quality isn’t too bad for standard definition.
how do you find the mibox 3?
eBay usually. The Mi Box 4/S has superseded the 3 and looks to be more widely available.
Lol, I just realised you probably meant how do I rate the box. Honestly it’s great. The only issue I’ve had with them are wifi dropouts, but I think I’ve narrowed that down to it being very particular with router wifi channel settings. As long as I can use a channel that gives wireless N speeds of above 150mb/s then it performs well. There’s always an option to use a LAN adapter if those speeds can’t be met.
I’ve bought 9 of them so far for myself, friends and fam and still swear by them. Though I am keen to try version 4/S as it has the latest Android P/9 update.
I’m waiting for Itunes gift cards to go on sale for 15 or 20 percent and pay for the $14 plan that way which if my maths is correct works out at $11.20 a month.
Apparently only the middle plan can be paid for via Itunes.
So some of the linear channels being removed , they weren’t meant to be on Binge ? Or a glitch?
Seems Binge is what Presto should have been just a few years now after all the other streaming services have come about.
From what I’m hearing, it seems Binge has more content than 10 All Access which from last time I was using only had just over 100 titles.
That is not surprising given how many studio output deals Binge has and what they’ve invested into the service to date to launch it.
10’s service is just piggybacking off the back of CBS All Access at a small cost, and is just warming the seat until they re-launch their global SVOD service.
Not wanting to go too off topic but 10 All Access when CBS relaunches their global SVOD, is there any content left for 10 All Access to have to make it a worthwhile service? Lot of deals tied up already e.g recently with Binge and others with Stan etc , even some 10 All Access shows are on other streaming services.
What is the difference between Foxtel’s Go, Kayo and Binge? What are their points of difference? Whom should purchase a subscription with each one?
And there are multiple shows and movies available in the AU/NZ territory via multiple digital platforms / streamers. Which makes it even harder…
That’s correct. Only option there is the middle plan for $13.99 (as opposed to $14, for some reason)
It appears that Binge will not be getting fast tracked content, as it is not a catch up service, that will only be on Foxtel Go/Now, I gather. You will be able to watch new programs on the Binge channels as they go to air, but you will need to wait some unspecified time until you can stream them on-demand on Binge. I was thinking of getting rid of Foxtel Now and keeping Binge, but now I’m having second thoughts. I want to stream new shows on-demand as they are released, I don’t want to wait for weeks.
I really hope Binge changes this so episodes are available immediately.
I don’t mind waiting to stream stuff , then again not sure if I’m in the minority.
