The live stream actually has potential to be even more successful than it was during the OG 10 version because of the rise of smart phones.
Now people can tune in whilst theyâre on the bus home to see what the housemates are doing right at the moment.

My prediction was good. I think 10 would be happy with this number. But expect a drop off over the week.

Yeah it is so much more accessible now. I was just scrolling through TikTok earlier and it came up. Then ended up watching for about 20 mins on my lunch break.
There were actual conversations happening then and a bit of housemates gossiping about other housemates which was interesting. Although when I just had a look now it was back to showing the washing machine, which has now just changed to a more birds eye view of the bathroom. I feel they need some better inserts if they are censoring the feed for whatever reason. Even some short recaps or play some of the contestantâs intros with caption down the bottom that the live feed will be back soon.

Almost back to OG version for me. First reality show I ever watched every episode of back in 2001. Met my partner soon after Season 1 finished and we celebrated our 24th Anniverary last week, so sort of an anniversary present. 
Got him watching from Season 2, we watched some on 9, very little on 7 and we were very happy to get back to the original (almost) last night.
Have always been a Mel fan but she excelled at the opening. I believe sheâll get even better during the season.
Noticing that housemates way back in the early days seemed so much more innocent than what these guys are. Do like the varied age groups though and hope we get the older lady tonight. Sheâs got my vote.
Iâm also going to watch the daily show and pick out housemates I really like. So far Iâve only got 3 or 4 I dislike, chief being (One Nation) Michael, followed by (Bro Boy) Colin. The bro boy almost made me throw something at the tv.

On the feed just now, it looked like a ride (maybe the King claw?) was swinging very close to the house. The housemates in the backyard could see the people on the ride and they commented that they would know their names by now (so maybe could hear people shouting out to them too?).

other than that tho, i am loving the reboot so far!

As long as the HMs donât respond, itâs pretty much fine.
Although with that, letâs add a taller wall to the list of things 10 must improve ASAP.
Watching the live stream now, three of the guys just said the recent pre-recorded seasons of Big Brother were âtrashââŚ

What I meant is as long as the HMs donât shout anything back to the ridegoers⌠or do as they say, which is using the shouts to judge their relative popularity.

Given they closed the Gold Coaster during the season I wouldâve thought the Tail Spin wouldâve been as well. Looking at a photo the ride seems awfully close to the outdoors area and riders can easily scream out to the housemates.
