Might have something to do with the prize money.

It seems they cant show anything on TV. Why are they protecting Daniel so much?

He is the golden boy on the show. He has and always is a bit of a brat. Not sure why they won’t just air that side of him.

Seems like they are leaving out so much of what is good about the ‘experiment’.

I can’t stand both Daniel and Mat. They need to be split up. Someone needs to put both up for eviction. Casey is just as bad as them.

Daniel is a smug and arrogant person.

I don’t dislike Daniel but to me he came across as quite needy when he was talking to his girlfriend, so much so that I wonder if it was an act to try to get the public onside.

It is interesting he wanted to be traded to Port Adelaide a few years ago when they went after Paddy Ryder. When Port Adelaide couldn’t get the deal done he absolutely tore the Port Adelaide club to shred questioning their professionalism and stating has a huge work ethic. The issue was Port Adelaide tried to get him the year before but at the last minute Daniel changed his mind. Also since being in Big Brother he has stated he was a lazy player and often skipped training. So the arrogance has always been there and it doesn’t seem like he has changed that much.

I just wish Big Brother would highlight this rather than suppress it. Too often footballers get away with behaviours that shouldn’t be accepted by society. This is what Big Brother is all about.

The finale of Big Brother looks like it will be on Monday the 27th.

They are really stretching the show out given the episode description for the episode that will air on the 15th states there are only 4 days remaining.

Wed 15/7 - With only four days left in the house, the $250,000 prize is closer than ever as two housemates roll the dice on Big Brother’s biggest twist yet! Big Brother is hosted by Sonia Kruger

thats 4 days cut into 2 episodes with likely 2 eliminations, (there needs to be one non-eviction episode between now and the finale). don’t think that makes it stretched out. Even if it was, would that be a bad thing, i think a lot of fans want to see more interaction between the housemates in a more stretched out format.

There was talk a while ago that there is a contestant who had some issues in their past that is likely to make the public upset if they win. Apparently it was one of the main people in the house. The issue with Chad and the photos has been written about so it’s not Chad, but perhaps Daniel is the one with something to hide?

Sophie made the wrong Nominations tonight, she should have put up Casey and one of the boys. Casey wouldn’t have stood a chance then.

Edit:. I was wrong!

But how did she know? Did she catch up with fellow housemates after filming wrapped?

They have a Instagram group chat, maybe there?

TONIGHT – With the game heating up, Daniel made a secret deal with Chad and Sophie to take the lovebirds and Mat to the Top 4. Big Brother’s Basement became a torture chamber in a challenge that tipped the balance in Sophie’s favour. Sophie nominated Kieran but her real target was Casey. Casey hoped to lure Sarah to her side with the littlest housemate all of a sudden becoming the biggest player. But Casey’s schmoozing didn’t work and she was evicted.

HOUSE TASK

9 to 5 – Big Brother put his “freeloading” housemates to work in 2 x 1hr shifts at his workshop. Working in pairs with one solo across four small rooms, housemates had to complete jobs to Big Brother’s satisfaction to win $200 towards their shopping budget. What they didn’t know what one pair (Mat and Kieran) were given a secret mission – to go undetected as they enjoyed a day of pure indulgence. If they were successful, the shopping budget would double to $400. If they failed, the house would be stuck on rations.

REWARD

$400 towards household shopping budget.

NOMINATION CHALLENGE

Door Swing – Housemates braced themselves within a fixed frame. Over time the frame tilted further forward making it increasingly difficult to maintain their position within the frame. The last housemate able to keep within their frame won the power to nominate two housemates for eviction.

Casey Mazzucchelli, Perth – “I’m absolutely elated at how far I’ve come. I cannot believe it. I didn’t even think I’d make it past week one. The Big Brother game is so emotionally overwhelming and draining. I don’t know if Sarah voting for me is a huge mistake… she’s a pretty smart girl so there’s obviously a reason behind it. I can see Matty being the winner. He’s got that true blue Aussie heart. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. I think I’ve really put in the hard yards so leaving the house now is not that sad.”

THE FINAL 2 WEEKS START MONDAY 7.30PM… WHAT IS THE WHITE ROOM?

As housemates step up Kieran’s house training, paranoia grows and game play takes an unexpected turn. Everything hangs in the balance, but Big Brother has saved his most epic twist for last… welcome to the White Room!

What’s with the three different voice overs in that promo?

Also can we hold networks accountable for their false advertising already? So sick of “biggest twist in x history”Etc when it’s not

That promo is SHOCKING! 3 voice overs and the BIGEST TWIST EVER
Not really when you pre record the whole series and script it. Not really a twist.

$100 the white room is a challenge related to the prize prize money either losing it or retaining it. It’s so predictable it’s boring.

I reckon its an evicted housemate returning.

And the promo says “new night” Monday 7.30. …no, Wednesday 7.30 is the new night.

New first night of the week - as otherwise they’ll all sit down Sunday night and whinge it isn’t on.
