ADAM – BEST IN THE WEST
Even the hardest-working chippies need a break every now and then and this week, Adam’s found the ultimate destination to recharge…and get his adrenaline pumping at the same time. He’s heading to Penrith, which is less than an hour’s drive from Sydney’s CBD and is fast becoming the state’s water sports capital. From wakeboarding to riverside unwinding, plus a little bit of skydiving thrown in, Adam’s exploring the wild, wild west…and having the time of his life.

Self-taught topiarist, Ick Chu, has transformed his front yard into a fantastical horticultural wonderland – and it’s got all the neighbours talking. This unexpected zoo of plants has been clipped and pruned into a unique, whimsical, and utterly out-of-this world landscape, filled with animals and sculptural forms of every shape and size. Melissa’s meeting Ick to find out how his creative hobby has overtaken his life…and his garden.
DR HARRY – NATIONAL DOG AGILITY CHAMPIONSHIPS

Watching these dogs race through obstacle courses at lightning speed is just as thrilling for the handlers as it is for the pups and at the Australian National Dog Agility Championships, the competition is at its absolute best. The sport is open to all breeds and skill levels, with over 800 dogs from across the country vying for the title of National Champion. Dr. Harry’s here to meet some of the competitors and their owners and to join in the fun.
