ADAM + DR HARRY – DOGGY DAY SPA
There’s nothing more relaxing than being pampered at the spa…but giving your dog a spa day is another matter! Whether you wash your pet pooch in the bath, or wash them with a hose in the garden, the experience can be messy, chaotic and thoroughly un-enjoyable – for both you and your dog! This week, Adam and Dr Harry are teaming up to build a designated outdoor bathing station for Poppy the golden retriever, which will not only make it a lot easier to wash her, it’ll make the experience a whole lot more pleasurable for her, too. Along the way, Dr Harry will share his top tips for washing your dog effectively and easily, so it’s not so much of an ordeal.

There’s no greater pub classic than a good parmy…and if you ask Colin, the vegetarian version is just as good as the original. Layers of soft baked eggplant layered with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil, it’s comforting, moreish and absolutely delicious.

There are painters, sculptors and ceramicists…but this amazing artist is a combination of them all. After honing her skills over more than 40 years, Karen Roberts’ work defies description. She specialises in making found objects new again to create unique sculptures. It’s called ‘assemblage art’ and Karen’s work is as vibrant and creative as she is.
