DR HARRY – SCONE HORSE FESTIVAL

Nestled away in the Upper Hunter, you’ll find Scone – a country town that’s known as the Horse Capital of Australia. During the annual Scone Horse Festival, the town pays homage to the breeds that have helped to build this country, and the town truly comes alive. There’s a street parade, horse shows, farrier demonstrations, fireworks and the two-day Scone Cup Race Carnival. This year, the festival celebrates its 45th anniversary and Dr Harry’s in town to celebrate and to meet some of the amazing horses taking part.

###COLIN – STEAMED PUDDING

Desserts don’t get better than this!

Is it possible to have a luxe and high-functioning backyard if you’re working with the smallest of spaces? Charlie and Adam think so and they’re teaming up to show you how. They’re turning a barren courtyard into an outdoor entertaining space with room for dining, lounging and lots of flower beds. You won’t believe what they’re able to fit into this tiny space!

There’s even a four-acre crater garden, created using 3000 tonnes of rock! It’s a garden unlike any Melissa has seen before and she’s taking us along for a tour.

JULIET – DOORWAY PUPPET THEATRE

Roll up, roll up, for the greatest show in town! Juliet’s showing you how to make a circus- inspired puppet theatre that will inspire hours of fun. Made with some fabric and a tension rod, it’s designed to hang in the doorway – meaning it can be packed away for easy storage. Best of all, there’s no sewing involved, and it will inspire your kids to dance, sing and play for hours. Let the show begin!
