It’s a really good promo.
They should have just aired it before MasterChef and held off MasterChef a few weeks. It was filmed a few months ago and MasterChef is still filming. By the time it airs its going to be a long time for the couples to keep their relationships secret especially in this crazy world.

I don’t think Bachelor in Paradise was ever meant to air before Masterchef. I think it was meant to air at 8:30 after Masterchef. There wasn’t enough promos for it to have launched next week and it just doesn’t quite add up to me.
Yes I think you are right it was going to be paired with MasterChef… But I think they should have brought this forward and aired the season now before MasterChef starts
Yeah that possibly could have been a better move. But I guess they had already announced the Masterchef date.
They only announced that MasterChef was Easter Monday earlier in the week.

That is true. Probably could have made that move. I just didn’t find the Bachelor in Paradise ad rotations frequent enough to launch so soon. But they could have probably still done it.
Any idea of an airdate for this as yet ?
Unless it is being held back as they may not have both a Bachelor & Bachelorette to air this year, with the later still in early pre prodcution pre COVID-19 restrictions.
I reckon it will be held back. Bachelor has stopped production and Bachelorette likely hasn’t even started and this whole scenario could play out for months meaning very few new shows from mid-year onwards… I think BIP will follow Masterchef now.

VERY soon? I would still say it’s 5 weeks away if they plan on launching it after MasterChef. MasterChef would have around 5 weeks left by my count.
Isn’t How to Stay Married finishing up soon? Could be going to 8:45pm Tuesday and Wednesday?
Yeah that’s a possibility, I thought maybe Wed & Thur after MasterChef before they announced Celeb Gogglebox on Thur nights soon.

MasterChef typically has a month of promotions leading up to the season premiere so the timing is about right. I think Bachelor in Paradise will be shown in the 7.30pm timeslot.

Very soon is talk for 3 weeks. When you start seeing ads on the TV then its about 2 weeks away
Yeah that’s what I was thinking. They put the word VERY in capitals so there could be some overlap between MasterChef and Bachelor in Paradise?
I am wondering (and I hope this isn’t the case) if there is any chance that MasterChef might go a couple less nights a week soon to stretch it out? Given they apparently filmed up to the F4 and now are on a filming break assumingly until later in the month when they can do a service challenge. Then Bach in Paradise could fill a couple of nights.
They probably doing this to go up against Big Brother
10 announced a few weeks ago this would be in the 7:30 slot. Considering we have less than 5 weeks left. I would say they are just promoting it because it is coming early July. 10 won’t be putting it at 8:30. They don’t seem to have enough content for 7:30 for the year.
10 aired their first Im a Celebrity promo in November - 2 months before it was due to go to air. They promote shows for a while leading up to their launch.
