Is the final on the Sunday then? Chances of that result not leaking seem low.

It wouldn’t surprise me if they still film multiple endings if its filmed in advance.

Channel 10 are probably regretting not filming the ending/s when it happened (given this seasons poor ratings).

Some logistics involved in getting Ikea food to Samoa.

By winning individual immunity in last night’s episode, Simon would be spending 100 days in total in the jungle.

A half piece of hidden immunity idol was found by a tribemate in tonight’s episode. I think it’s the first time in Australian Survivor history that the half idol made an appearance.

Season final is on Tuesday 14 April (up again Idol’s final episode).

The final three compete in their biggest Individual Immunity Challenge.Who will fall one day short and be voted off to join the jury and determine which player will claim the title of Sole Survivor.

It will be interesting to see how much of the April 14 finale is allocated to the reunion.

Can someone be so annoying that you vote them off at this stage of the competition? Seems like a good person to go to the jury against

I think that’s the issue with the length of the Australian series. Can you really live with someone for 40+ days?

With Brooke voted out in last night’s episode, all the returnees had been eliminated from competition. The five remaining tribemates were all first time competitors, and one of them will be voted Sole Survivor.

Following their elimination, Simon and Brooke both declared they had retired from Survivor, having spent 103 and 132 days respectively in the jungle.

Who Will Be The Sole Survivor?

A Beautiful 10 Years’: Brooke Jowett Hangs Up Her Buff After A Decade Of Survivor

The challenge beast reflects on her “one shot to win”, and her most well-rounded season yet.

First stepping onto the beach in 2016, Brooke Jowett has created quite a legacy for herself, with a massive 132 days under her belt and a record number of Individual Immunity wins.

Playing across a decade of Australian Survivor, and through three massive seasons, Brooke knew that she had her work cut out for her when she returned for Redemption.

“I was looking at that little montage they did of me as a 23-year-old, and it brings back so many memories,” Brooke told 10.

Initially, Brooke applied to be on Australian Survivor because she was at a crossroads.

“I hated my job and didn’t like where I was going in life. I didn’t know what I was doing,” she explained. "Survivor shaped me onto the right path, made me love fitness and pushing myself, so it’s just been this really beautiful pathway to where I am now.

“Every five years we see me being lost and finding myself, not having the partner that I want, the life that I want… now I’ve got everything I wanted except the win! It’s been a beautiful 10 years,” Brooke said.

For her third attempt at the title of Sole Survivor, Brooke admitted it was the most difficult so far. From wild weather and almost seven days without food, to the ratio of newbies and returnees.

At the tribal council last night, the two half idols came together (briefly) as Keeley gave her piece to Sally, only for Sally declining to use the whole idol as she had already voted to send Keeley out. In the end Keeley was sent packing with a 3-2 vote.

So another Blackbox rumour! I really liked JLP but I believe David is doing a great job, cast not so great though.

Really? I feel the cast is pretty solid this season. I’m enjoying it, I miss JLP but I don’t think David is as as bad as I was expecting, he’s settled into the role and at the end of the day the show is all about the gameplay - I do miss JLPs quips though and the way he handled running tribal. Whilst David is OK it feels like he is just running the same playbook as JLP, it’s like a copy cat.

I agree that david is a decent host, but hosting abilities were never the issue. It was the manner tha JLP was boned, the disdain for the loyal fans and the constantly changing story from david and 10 that put fans off and started a boycott.

This season definitely picked up after merge. Good to see some resemblance of alliances back on the game after a few seasons that seemed like every man for themselves. Also good seeing minimal non-elimination episodes.
