Apple TV+ becomes latest streaming service to raise prices in Australia later this week

Apple TV+, which first launched in 2019 at $7.99 a month, will increase its monthly plan from $12.99 to $15.99 per month starting on October 11. It alerted users to this increase over the weekend via a push notification.

Existing subscribers will see the change 30 days after their next renewal date.

Despite the change, Apple TV+ still offers an annual subscription, which will not be going up in price.

Apple TV + dose not have the content to be charging this price. Bit of a joke really.

Good news. Season 1 was very enjoyable thanks to the excellent Wilson and Thompson even if it did have a few ‘holes’ in the plot.
